Access is limited to authorized personnel who need the information for profile review, service communication or system maintenance. Access is restricted by role and subject to appropriate security records.
5. Retention
We normally retain submitted information for no longer than 24 months after the last meaningful communication. If you request earlier deletion, we will act after verifying your identity and considering any reasonable legal retention obligation.
6. Third parties and onward disclosure
We do not send your CV or personal information to a university, research institute, company or other third party without your separate confirmation. Before a specific opportunity discussion, we will identify the intended recipient, the information to be shared and its purpose.

7. Access, correction, withdrawal and deletion
You may email us to request access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion. We will verify that the requester is connected to the submitted profile and normally respond with a progress update within 15 business days.
Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed on a valid basis before withdrawal.

We use access controls, protected data transfer, file type and size validation, least-privilege practices and human review to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or loss.
No system can guarantee absolute security. If an incident may affect your rights, we will take appropriate response and notification steps under applicable requirements.
9. Information for users outside China
This website serves researchers outside China. When you submit information from another country or region, it is transferred to and processed in China. Please submit only after you understand this processing location.
